This is a classic hotel with an excellent location and convenient travel. You can shop and dine as you like. The service is attentive and meticulous. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the door staff are friendly. Worth looking forward to enjoying again.

Went to a meeting every year many years ago. After the interruption during the epidemic, it has been renovated. First class hotel. Excellent service. like.

Very nice room and location. Used to stay at the Fairmont, now I can get all the great rooms, view, service with better value here at Sutton

Comfortable, clean,efficient staff, close to Robson Street for shopping and fine dining ,as well as ,not to far of a walk to Stanley Park.

Very nice hotel over-all. Bed one of the best I've ever slept in outside of my own home, massive window with nice city view, effective blackout curtins, but an unfortunate amount of traffic noise (sirens especially). Anyone used to city noises could probably ignore it.m

The Sutton is an elegant and very conveniently located hotel. The room was newly renovated and beautiful. The staff were amazing and guests are treated with the utmost courtesy. I hate to provide any criticism but I took two showers and both times the water was luke warm. Absolutely no complaints aside from that and I will definitely be returning for another stay!

Loved staying in the apartment style rooms. Pool is always bright and fun for the kids. Restaurant bar is excellent. Overall great value!
