Il Pozzo Magico

First of all I say that it is not a hotel but a guest house. There is no reception available 24 hours a day. There is no sign on the street but the place can only be found by the house number and the writing on the intercom. The rooms are modern and acceptable for the price they ask. The big flaw is the mattresses on the double bed which are divided and of very poor quality so back pain accompanied us during the holiday. The room is not cleaned during the stay so you will always find all the dirt that you generate. There is no luggage storage with a key. We had to leave our suitcases in the entrance hall and luckily no one touched them (the hall is monitored by a camera). The access with intercom code and key provided only for emergencies is very useful. For this reason you have a lot of freedom of access.

I rented two rooms in this structure, I was on a business trip with a colleague. The rooms are spacious, very clean, with a bathroom perfectly equipped with towels and hairdryer. in the room there is a fridge and a kettle with cups available. The person who comes to check in is very nice and helpful. The structure is in a logistically strategic position, near the San Stae stop on the Grand Canal. Just outside the door there is a small bar where you can have breakfast, a few meters away is an excellent tavern where you can have lunch or dinner. Definitely recommend this facility

Honteux !! J’ai effectué une réservation dans cet hôtel mais je me suis cassée le talon plusieurs semaines avant de partir, je préviens donc l’hôtel et leur demande d’annuler. Ce qu’ils refusent évidemment ! J’essaie alors de modifier mes dates, ils refusent aussi catégoriquement ! Honteux d’être si méchant ! En plus ils ont le culot de m’envoyer un message le matin du supposé départ pour me demander à quelle heure j’arrive ! Honteux !!! Fuyez cet hôtel qui manque clairement de bienveillance, de gentillesse et qui n’est intéressé que par votre argent !! J’aurai honte à votre place d’être si méchant ! A fuir !
