Online said breakfast was going to be served but hotel said they hadn’t been breakfast for over a year. 1 of 2 elevators broke, broken chair in the room and mold/dirt on the window blinds.

Very clean. Staff was especially helpful. Only negative was at the time they were not providing breakfast. Missed the bite to eat before heading out for the day’s big adventure.

The overall stay was very pleasant, staff was great, so the complaints are not against them it against the owners of the Hotel. However I do have a complaints.
1. IT TAKES 15 MINUTES TO GET HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER, IT WASN'T JUST ONE DAY IT WAS THE WHOLE TRIP 3 DAYS. The hotel looks great on the outside but really could use updating.
2. You advertise breakfast but do not have it. This is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! If you are not going to serve breakfast then take it off your website. Instead people have to spend more money for breakfast. I do plan on contacting the Better Business bureau regarding this. Maybe then you will do something about this.

Like the location. How ever the hotel is advertised as having breakfast included. That was not the case breakfast was no included. Very disappointed as that was one of the reasons we chose the hotel.

A bit run-down. Has a slight smell, not very clean or kept. For example, smoke detector was missing in my room with wires dangling from the roof in it's place. Missing floorboard in the bathroom so exposed hole in wall, tub drain doesn't seal, so unable to take a bath, etc. Worked fine for my short trip, but I wouldn't stay there again.

Poor housekeeping. Facility in need of major maintenance. Carpet smells. Toilet seat loose. No cover on light fixture in bathroom. Vanity light I'm bathroom had no working bulbs. Ottoman ripped. Dirt in a nd under seat cushions. Bathtub needs new caulking. Cobwebs in ceiling.
