4R Salou Park Resort I

Arrived here Monday morning to be greeted with an unfriendly welcome by the receptionist who told us we couldn’t check in until “later” to which she did not give us a time. We had to wait around for hours before finally being allocated a room which was nowhere near like the pictures on the websites, it was also not the room we had booked and paid extra for. The all inclusive drinks were not clear and we were pre warned by another English couple to be careful what we ordered as they had woke up to a bill under their door from the previous night. The bar staff are not only rude and ignorant but also had no respect for the English. If you are Spanish and last in the queue you will be served. If you are English? Well you are served last. Not only that, the English are given their drinks in plastic cups but the Spanish and other foreign customers are given their cocktails in fancy glasses with all the works. The food here is absolutely appalling and I can only imagine prisoners would be served better food. It is the same bad food every day. Tried to put a complaint in of noise coming from the pool at 2am, baring in mind the bar shuts at 12 o’clock to be told it was staff having a drink. We also complained about the room to be told by Salaio that there was nothing he could do till morning. We also asked why our air con wasn’t working for him to then tell us that none of them work and won’t be working until June. Over all, if you are English then avoid this hotel like the plague because you will have 0* service and be huffed at if you need help.

We are a couple 56/61 stayed in 811 Sea view double It’s on 8 th floor Yes the hotel is connected to sister hotel just go down stairs or lift behind reception Salou park 2 The snack bar is around that swimming pool You can use both pools Reception chaotic. The older French and Spanish don’t like queues lol 18 euros hotel tax Kettles are free just ask and you pay £20 deposit but get it back Room Beautiful but dated little knocks chips in future nothing serious Bathroom judge walk in shower Fridge / hairdryer View beautiful but even up high the noise of bus cars can be loud leaving door open Washing line table chairs Air on comes on when door closes Amazing cleaners the room was spotless every day !! Tv no point no English channels only bbc Africa and Europe in English Food Amazing something for everyone Fresh cooking pancakes/ griddle meat and fish A lot of options Deserts amazing Pool ice but early in season Just walk down hill to beach or the short walk way to main beach and town or walk down other hill by side of hotel 5 minute and your at top of shops that takes you to town We had amazing holiday staff were very friendly Will be going again

The staff was amazing like never felt so welcoming it's was my first time abroad and they helped me the food was 5 star same was the service the out door pool was lush and freshing and the entertainment was brilliant thank you too all the staff here you were amazing 🤩🤩🤩 you are a 4 star hotel but should be a 5 start no doubt thank you

Ok hotel! Staff were nice. Hotel room was average! Bathroom was dated and not the cleanest! Breakfast was awful! Only tried it the first morning. Ate out for the other mornings! My view was a refugee centre in the sister hotel next door!

Just returned from two weeks all inclusive. Had a marvellous stay there and could not fault any part of it. We had a lovely room with a sea view, modern walk in shower and comfy beds. The food was excellent such a variety,and anyone who complains makes me wonder what they eat at home. All the staff were courteous and efficient, soft drinks wine and beer were good. The reception were very helpful,so thanks to all the effort that the hotel management and employees have put in to make it a great hotel to come to.So well done.

Hotel is very nice and clean 1st impression is good. Location if perfect so close to all amenities. Walking distance to all shops and bars beach front 2mins walk to centre Salou. Rooms only have single beds. Night entertainment is very good. Staff is very friendly and polite. All options available we had all inclusive value for money. This hotel have some negative second block they have asylum. Feel sorry for guest can’t use pool and bar Cus those people hanged around pool all day long. For snack I went there once didn’t feel comfortable. Spa pool was very dirty n dead flies also smell really badly. Main building have only two lifts. Guest have waited for ages to going up n down should have more lifts building have 9 floors. Breakfast should have little changes every day same food not good.

Who in their right mind would want to stay in a hotel that houses asylum seekers!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to go to a hotel and enjoy myself not be surrounded by the likes of them. Maybe it was them that were out fighting in the street!!!!!
