Es importante destacar la amabilidad y simpatía de todo el personal para la atención. Nos ha tocado una habitación en el 7mo. Piso, donde las vistas son excéntricas e inolvidables. Las habitaciones, muy cuidadas y en orden. Respecto al desayuno, este tiene una variedad amplia y de buen sabor. Claramente, es un lugar más que recomendado.

La habitación hermosa, cómoda y una cama impecable. El servicio de limpieza muy amable y excelente servicio. El aire funcionaba re bien. El personal del hotel es atento. Lo recomiendo. Sumo fotos una de la vista de la habitación y otra desde el comedor.

Hace varios años que no iba al hotel, este enero volví y lo encontré excelente, no solo en la cuestión edilicia (habitaciones, baño, camas), sino también en los servicios (desayuno, limpieza) y sobretodo la atención del personal. Es un hotel para recomendar y para volver

Es el mejor hotel en el que estuvimos en villa gesell..y conocemos varios..la calidez del personal es inigualable..su Gerente Eugenia esta siempre muy atenta..como asi tambien Brenda..Teresita...y Martin Todo huele bien..la limpieza dela hab excelente.. El desayuno es muy completo y las,chicas son un amor...me siento en mi casa cada vez que voy.. La vista en cualquier hab es inmejorable... Lo recomiendo con muchad ganas...

Excelente atención y servicio. Desde que entradas el personal forman un gran equipo. El desayuno increíble riquísimo. Las habitaciones muy comodas y limpias y con una vista hermosa a la playa. La pileta impecable y cálida. Sin dudas volveremos. Gracias por todo.

Buenas instalaciones, cama summier muy confortable, todas las habitaciones con vistas al mar, servicio de mucama a diario, pileta climatizada siempre lista para disfrutar, etc. Lo mas lindo fue desayunar en el piso 11 con vista a la playa. Gracias Bahia.

Muy lejos de ser un hotel 4*, la realidad es que de 4* solo tiene el cartel. Hotel viejo y sin mantenimiento, aire acondicionado ruidoso y habitación con mucha luz (no se puede dormir). Además se inundó porque entraba agua por la ventana. Desayuno muy básico y calidad de sábanas y toallas lejos de ser cuatro estrellas. La realidad es que la calidad de hotelería en Villa Gesell es muy baja por lo que vi. No volvería a este hotel, con suerte es 3*.
