I'm going to tighten it. It's pretty. Breakfast is great. They give you a 20-ch parking lot and a visitor card. There's a supermarket nearby, but it doesn't have a lake view. What's wrong with it?

Super nice place. Breakfast first class. Service could be better, especially if you say that the neighbors were very noisy.

The hotel in the small town of VIZTNAU has been newly opened for more than a year. It is comfortable and clean, and it is very good. The roof top terrace has a beautiful view, you can enjoy the sunset, and the food is delicious.

A very design hotel, but it is still a 30-minute drive from Lisene, and the parking fee is 20 a night, which is slightly expensive.

This is a super hotel. The suite I booked is divided into two rooms, two bathrooms, and the two balconies are connected. I can sit outside and have a cup of coffee and take a nap. It is very comfortable. The hotel room has a separate washroom. The desk is very good. The hotel has a white style, the space is acceptable, and the overall feeling is very clean. Particularly commendable is the breakfast at this hotel, which has a wide variety and is of very good quality. The hotel has independent check-in, which is very convenient and the check-in is very fast. The hotel has a parking garage, which is very close and convenient. Parking is charged separately.

Very friendly hotel staff. The dinner: high quality and very good, but small portions for a high price. The restaurant recommends everyone to choose 3 items from the menu... Cozy restaurant on the ground floor and great rooftop restaurant with a panoramic view. The parking lots are small, so a large car needs more like a parking space and a half. However, it wasn't a problem. The hotel is highly recommended and we will be going back.

Clean room, great breakfast, nice staff, but very far from lucern city if anyone wants will travel only in the city may not be suitable here But if anyone wants accommodation next to mt., then book now, you won't be disappointed. The parking fee is 15chf.

We were a family of 5 and took the dorms for 6 ppl. It was very good! I'm super happy from this choice. Rooms were clean, blankets, pillow and sheets were surprisingly super comfortable! The kids really(!) enjoyed the bunk beds. Everything was super clean (except from a weird butter popcorn smell in the room :) The receptionist was super lovely. Helped us a lot with Wonderfull recommendations and service. The only thing which was not her fault and you need to know - is that the reception closes at 5PM and then you have a check in with a machine, which is also ok. Also - don't forget to take a discount ticket from the reception for the parking lot ! And it also has an electric charging section, which is super! Location is SUPER - one minute walking distance from the boats to Luzern and to mountain RIGI. And last but not least - the breakfast is WOW! Really excellent. The chef was super nice and kept taking care of all our needs! Definitely recommend this hotel!

The place was very clean. The bed were a little hard. The staff was great!!

Nice property, amazing breakfast. However this is not in Lucerne, it takes close to 55 Mins to an hour to reach Lucerne.

This property has a very unique concept and we weren’t quite sure what to expect especially with our room being referred to as a “basic shared dormitory”. However, our room was our own and was very nice and very clean (and did have its own bathroom!) The hotel itself is also beautiful with a rooftop patio with incredible views. The breakfast was included with our room and was delicious.

This place was simply amazing. Everything was so clean. The breakfast was amazing. I would like to recognize the chef (Romanian gentleman, I think his name is Cornell) who baked a fresh loaf of gluten free bread as I am allergic to wheat. Our room being so good did not have air-conditioning but had a fan instead.

We had a night stop at Neuro and the stay was really good. The hotel is close to the lake, just next to the train and boat. Great views from the rooftop, great breakfast and rooms are confortable and clean. Worth noting the rooms have high accessibility standards. Only thing to change is their checkin system (when you come from the parking) and parking discount barcode, it doesn’t work well, but employees are here to assist
