Location great ,near shopping mall and museum!
But cleanses not good enough, toilet board still have stain ,bathtub still have hairs ,mattress many yellow stains

Everthing is good..very convenient as the Russell Square station is just behind.
If the breakfast variety can have some changes will be perfect as it is practically the same everyday.

Needed to change a room halfway due to a faulty sink, and the hotel is undergoing renovations and upgrading. The changed room was smaller but newer, and helped improve the experience

very good location walking disttance to the tube station.
They have some building work going on we was given a room on request away from the noice.
overall very good service and excelent breakfast choice included in the room rate.

The location is very good. Few mins to Russell Sq Station. The only down side is there’s about twenty steps of stair stairs when you come up form the platform. So if using baby stroller and lots of luggage need to be aware. But there’s also lots of bus to go sightseeing places which is very convenient.
The other good part I like the most is there are basic shops and restaurants around. There’s a small shopping center opposite with bakery, Waitrose, Superdrug’s and some other restaurants. There’s are also Pret and Tesco Express outside the tube station.
The area is also quiet and peaceful very suitable for family.
