Very welcoming and friendly staff But if you arrive after 10 a.m. on weekends there is almost nothing left to eat 😟 Damage. Otherwise everything is perfect 😍

The room is big, the location is good, it's close to the White House, and it's useless to walk to other places! The service is warm, there is breakfast, you can take it back to the room to eat.

The air conditioner in the room is like a tractor; the sewer in the bathroom is extremely slow; we stayed for 3 nights, and the wireless network failed for 2 days.

The room is big enough, nice.

The room and towels had an unpleasant smell. A couple of towels were stained. After room service, a couple of used towels were left in the bathroom.

If you're looking for a hotel room that feels like home, look no further! Residence Inn by Marriott lives up to its name. A spacious room with comfortable beds, and a full kitchen, not just a kitchenette with a microwave oven and some plates and silverware. (My only quibble: no electric kettle, just a small tea/coffeemaker. Putting kettles in the rooms would definitely be an improvement.) Excellent location and the CVS next door is very convenient. Lastly, the service was incredibly friendly and efficient. The staff was totally understanding when I had to check out late for work reasons (I asked to push the checkout from noon to 1 but ended up leaving at 1:30 or so; I even offered to pay for the late checkout but they wouldn't hear of it). Definitely want to stay here again!

Noisy fridge in room. Totally unusable wi-fi. When i needed to do some banking for the flight home, staff were unable/unwilling to allow use of hotel computer. Totally uncooperative!

The hotel everyday mention in the morning, we apologize for the inconvenience but you will not have water at all in the bedrooms for 7 hrs . That´s really unexpected

Hotel was going through renovations and we were not aware till right before our visit. Room was worn and missing extra linen. Breakfast was good but lines were overwhelming. They did a great job just couldn’t keep up. No seating so decided to eat elsewhere.

I want to say front desk staff was amazing this review is not for them or the room cleaners. This review is based on the parking fee and reconstruction we could not shower no water came out due to a leak and no one told us. my toilet ran all night long the bed is right at the door did not make me feel safe nor was there enough space. the breakfast was not good at all watered down orange juice it almost felt like we were eating at a nursing facility. the parking fee is 54.00 a night! And if you can’t do that you have to pay by parking meter and move your car at 7 am ! This is not acceptable

The service and hospitality was super nice. The desk staff had great smiles and personality. The first day had water issues due to renovation but they were very up front about the issue and wanted do what they could to make it ok until water was back on. And the room is SUPER SPACIOUS, my fellow traveler has food related allergies and we were able to make a decent steak dinner in the big pot and rice in the microwave. This was exactly what we needed.

My family and I are very grateful for the extraordinary care we received. Front desk pretty lady ( sorry i can’t remember her name but she has Salvadorian family). She was so nice and efficient. Thank you Zo! Much

Overall wonderful stay experience, and will book the same place when we come to DC area.

The room was a bit dated. Decoration, appliances and old carpets. The beds were a little to high so my daughter had to climb to get some rest. Nevertheless all was very clean and tidy. They came every day to clean the room. Breakfast was ok, nice variety of things. A bit crowded some times but the service was fast and they worked in stealth mode. Great location and only a couple blocks away from the metro if you come from Dulles on the gray line
