住着很舒服，站在平台上就可以看到大海了，下樓兩三分鐘就可以走到海邊的公園。很開心。因為帶着孩子來的，房間裏還有很多玩具，省去了帶孩子的煩惱。各種設施一應俱全，離韓樂坊也很近，停車也很方便。房東還給送來了剛摘的鮮花生，還給洗乾淨了，特別暖心。下次有機會來了還住這裏，性價比高，很贊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

行李先寄過去的，簽收了之後還送到了住所，去劉公島玩得一天，突然雷陣雨，樓下房東家的叔叔阿姨還幫忙收了衣服，一家人都很客氣，地理位置很是方便，樓下就是趕海的沙灘，孩子們玩的很開心，房間乾淨，床也很大，住的很舒服。不得不説陽台上的視野，真的很棒！

入住前一天我主動聯繫了房東，説當天才會告知入住方式，結果當天衹告訴我地址，沒告訴我電子鎖密碼，幸好房子樓下就是老兩口，沒出門，就才得以入住。海邊確實挺近的，玩完回來沒有熱水，這真是我大學軍訓後第一次洗冷水澡，能想象一家老小泡完海水，身上特粘無法洗個熱水澡的感受嗎，跟房東聯繫，無人接電話，下樓找人，沒有人，3個多小時後才回電話，竟然問我，你怎麼進去的（想起來沒給我密碼了）。還有一個槽點就是房子在12層，電梯衹到11層，要拉着巨大的箱子爬一層，幸好有青壯年男士同行。

總體很不錯的，房東的公公特別熱情，還給我們拿水果，山東人真的很好客，房間乾淨，整潔，出北門就是九龍灣公園，很方便，可以去趕海，房間外有個露台可以看到海邊，有時間會再來。兩張照片，一個在露台照得，一個在海邊

老闆人很nice，環境很fine，我們三大三小出門在外，提出的要求都盡力滿足。臨走丟了門鎖，老闆也沒有要求賠償。這一行碰到的山東人都真的很熱情友好。推薦入住！
