I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every detail of my stay was perfect. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was ideal—convenient for exploring the city while still offering a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. Overall, a wonderful stay with outstanding service. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

4인방에 친구들끼리 3인이 투숙했는데 너무 좋았어요 두개방이 쌍둥이로 있는거 였고 화장실 2개 샤워시설도 2개 손씻는 것도 2개라 너무 편했고 직원들 너무 친절하고 방안 청결도 좋고 8509호 묵었는데 방에서 살짝 저멀리 바다도 보이고 (더높았으면 더잘보였겠지만) 물도 복도에있어서 필요시 더 가져다 먹으면되고요 침대가 개넓고 매트리스가 적당히 푹신해서 잠잘때 좋았어요 옆사람움직여도 방해되는것없이 꿀잠가능했어여 씻을때 수압끝내주고 배수 매우잘됩니다. 위치가 위고광장 근처라 도보로 금방이기때문에 날씨가 궂어도 광장쪽 마트나 음식점 가면되서 좋았구요 아 그리고 옆집 양고기면 집이 미친개맛집입니다ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 여행일정이 좀더길었으면 또갈수있었을텐데 아쉬울정도 근데 단점이 화장실 문이 반투명이라서 밖에서 보여요.. (위치상 다른방 침대에서 반댓편 화장실이 보임)소리도.. 자동감지로 물내려가는 변기라 앉았다 일어날때 소리가꽤커요 매우 친하지않으면 불편할수있음 그치만 그거빼면 매우 만족스러웠음 다음에 기회되면 또갈려구요

This stay completely exceeded my expectations! From arrival to departure, the staff were warm and attentive. Check-in was quick, and they patiently explained the hotel facilities and nearby attractions, with truly heartwarming details. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing me to relax and enjoy a restful night's sleep. The bathroom had a well-designed dry and wet area, with plenty of hot water at a consistent temperature. The toiletries were also high-quality and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful, and the chef was incredibly helpful. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, catering to every taste. The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of nearby shopping districts and attractions, making travel a breeze. My overall experience was excellent, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip!

I stayed just one night. The room was small, but perfect for a solo traveler who just needed a quiet place to stay for one night. Great location near Wego Plaza as well as the Qixia walking street. The Haiyuntai scenic area and Xingfumen square are also just a short walk away. Will stay here again next year for the Weihai 100 Ultra Trail Race!

The location is great, with plenty of dining options within walking distance. Parking can be a bit tight, but spaces are available in the back courtyard. Cleanliness: Acceptable. Service: Friendly and enthusiastic. Facilities: Well-equipped with laundry and drying machines. Late-night self-service warm porridge: This service is offered, but I didn't get a chance to try it.

The room has a large area, is clean and tidy, and the check-in process is fast and convenient Easy to communicate in English as a foreigner and staff is very friendly and helpful The front desk staff are enthusiastic and smiling, felt warm in a foreign land and helped a lot during the stay. It was a great check-in experience!

Frankly, for a city that relies on tourism, Weihai surprisingly doesn't have a great selection of hotels; most are local five-star options. The DoubleTree by Hilton, however, stands out because it's a Hilton property, offering a more dependable and standardized experience. Its location is excellent: right next to Weigao Plaza and directly opposite the scenic seaside and the iconic Gate of Happiness, perfect for leisurely walks and with convenient access to various dining options. Service throughout our stay was also very good. While the breakfast spread isn't extensive, the quality and taste are excellent. The only minor drawback is that breakfast service only begins at 7 AM, which might not be ideal for early risers or those with tight travel schedules. Aside from that, everything else was superb.

I'd stayed at Ibis hotels before abroad and liked their style, so when I saw they were here, I booked them without hesitation. However, my overall experience was a mixed bag. Let's start with the positives: the room was quite comfortable, the decor was nice, and the bedding was comfortable. The hardware was fine, but the software was questionable!!! First, after placing the order, Ibis was the only one of the many hotels I stayed in on this trip that specifically called to ask what time I would check in. I'm not sure what the point of this was, as it was only noon at the time and I was still traveling, so it was hard to predict my arrival time. When I arrived, the front desk informed me that my room only came with breakfast for one person!!! This was the first time I'd booked a king-size room and only received one breakfast. (Usually, it's either none or two.) Then the front desk started pushing me, offering an extra breakfast and a larger room for 49 yuan. Since we were traveling with two people, it wouldn't have been appropriate to eat breakfast alone, so I agreed. But it felt really strange. Another reason I booked this hotel was because I had been out on the water during the day and needed to wash two sets of clothes, and the Ibis has a self-service laundry room. But!!! I waited from 10 PM until almost midnight, and still couldn't get my clothes washed!!! A few university-looking people monopolized the only three washing machines, constantly taking out bags of clothes to wash! Even if university students were renting a hotel to do their laundry, shouldn't they occupy all the washing machines?! Other guests didn't want to use them? A few other guests arrived while I was waiting, but when they saw the situation, they all left. I waited for nearly two hours and still had no chance to get a seat! Instead of mediating, the hotel staff chatted and laughed with those university students—I wonder if they knew them. Also, the next morning, I went for breakfast. The food was minimal, and the bread was dry. That would have been fine, but the problem was that there were some musical instruments on the first floor, and a few naughty kids were playing them nonstop! The melody was all broken! It was so noisy that it gave me a headache! After enduring for a long time, they showed no sign of stopping. The parents were still taking pictures, thinking their kids were the reincarnation of Beethoven, right? I approached the staff on site, hoping to mediate. They replied, ”They're guests.” So, just because they're guests doesn't mean everyone else is? So many people are sitting there, and you don't mind the noise, right? If it's inconvenient to stop them, that's fine. I understand. Then why not put up a fence around the band's stage, or a sign asking people not to play instruments? At least not while everyone's having breakfast? That way, everyone's fine, right? I really don't think the 49 yuan was worth it.

The hotel is located near Tashan, along the high and low road, through the building built on the level, and you can walk to the beach! Guantao hit the shore, and it is great to feed the seagulls by the happiness door! The hotel has a stable source of customers and has a foundation, but it has to be changed. It is better to be patient and meticulous with customers! For example, how to use the foreign language buttons that prompt the elevator entrance, the automatic flushing toilet in the room, etc., success or failure stems from details.
