The front desk lady was amazing. Maintenance in the room was not. The rooms itself weren't very clean. The basics were, but not the floor boards or other not so common areas.

Our hotel room was probably nicer than our actual apartment. It included a kitchenette with a dishwasher, which we didn't need to use, but I've never seen so many features available in a hotel room before. The building was modern and clean. The breakfast in the morning was convenient and included fresh items like eggs and pancakes. The pancake maker was a really cool feature. Parking in downtown Milwaukee is always half of the battle, but luckily there was a reasonably priced ramp right next to the hotel.

Was very happy with service. Jennifer at the front desk was very pleasant. All the valets we’re extremely helpfuland Carson in valet was excellent. Mark in food service was very personable.

Overall this was a nice hotel - clean, new and a good location. The only downsides were an understaffed front desk and lack of sound proofing in the walls.

You will have to pay for parking, and the bed was extra firm and the shower extra slippery, but the staff was great and the hotel was otherwise fantastic. Lots of amenities for travelling for work.

Overall the hotel was ok. Parking isn’t great as it’s either super overpriced valet ($36)or a few minute walk in a public ramp ($24). Check in took awhile as there was only one person checking people in. Room was okay, unable to control the thermostat unless you want the temp up. Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest along with the carpets. Our keys weren’t activated properly so we had to go back to lobby to deactivate and wait awhile as there was still only one person working. Worst part of stay was the noise. The people above us were very very loud after 11 (there are signs that stayed quiet time starts at 10) we could hear them walking, stomping and talking/laughing. Unable to sleep. Breakfast Buffett was barely that. Some cereal, toast, bagels, waffle machine and some cold egg patties. When we got there there was barely any food left and wasn’t replenished even though there was an hour left.

When we arrived, we were told that their system was down, and we could not get the keys to our room. So they had to go physically let us into our room, which was fine. When we went down later to get our key cards, they simply asked us what room we were in. We were not required to show any form of identification. Or even state our names. Anyone could’ve gotten keys to our room. Our sheets on the bed had a stain on them. Dishes in the dishwasher were still dirty. Unsure if sheets were even changed from previous guests.

Great facility, great staff, walkable to many great restaurants. Only complaint was breakfast was noted to be 7-10 Sunday morning and it wasn’t open until 7:15, this was inconvenient because we had to be at volleyball by 7:20 and had to pay for breakfast elsewhere.
