We always stay at this hotel and although now in need of a refurbishment the staff are lovely. We were served by a couple of ladies, one in the evening who's name I didn't get and another in the morning who was called Sheena both of whom were exceptional. So all in all a great stay

Reasonable service issue with Wifi. Location is good rooms just ok Beds good just looks a bit congested but otherwise

Had a good stay in premier inn the parking is excellent staff is amazing specially Sheena , aditya , namrata the rooms r excellent we always enjoy staying here check inn and out is very simple and easy Sheena makes sure that we get the best room and help us in solving all r problems

For the first time in my many years I found myself trapped in a lift, it was small and claustrophobic. It was clearly a recurring problem of which the hotel management were aware. Some dining room chairs were encrusted with old food. Our room smelt. The place is tired and run-down inside and out. It needs total refurbishment and new lidts

The room was a good standard but the TV wasn’t working and the hotel was packed. As we were with 2 kids who are into BGT we needed a working TV Sheena was brilliant and found and set up a new room and even gave the kids some treats .. excellent service

Superb Stay. The room was renovated and spotless. We had dinner at the restaurant and our waiter Aditya was excellent. The butter chicken and The peri peri chicken were also was 5 star! Will come back. The Premier Inn chain is really a home away from home.
