I liked the fact that even though I didn’t have a pet it was pet friendly. Next time I can bring my pet. Next it was easy to find and next to a few restaurants, an organic supermarket, spa and movie theater. Parking was easy and accessible. Inside was clean and had a tv with a lounge area if you needed to wait or just wanted to get out your room for a bit. The front desk was courtesy and it was easy to check in and out. The rooms were average size and we had a front window with a decent view. It had a microwave and mini fridge which comes in handy. Rooms were clean when we arrived and had a nice closet space. The water got really hot which I enjoyed.
I didn’t like that breakfast wasn’t included and you had to pay for a mid breakfast. I stayed for 4 days and my room wasn’t cleaned not one time. We had to put the trash bin in the hallway for it to get dumped. The staff wasn’t friendly at all. You walk by them and say “good morning “ they look at you like whatever. Other than that it was good. Hope this helps. I depend on reviews when I’m choosing a hotel to stay at.

Very clean hotel, confortable rooms,
Staff professional. Housekeeping lady by the name of Pilar very helpful. The only downfalls were that they advertised an indoor pool but it was closed for the season.

The digital key via the Hilton app didn't work, and staff shrugged it off and couldn't fix. $26 per person for average (at best) breakfast was ridiculous. Was supposed to be "made to order" but was basic buffet that would have been free anywhere else. $12 per day parking also ridiculous. Total of $87.53 spent on amenities that should all have been free. Also, mini-fridge didn't work, and no fan in bathroom. Horrible experience.

We've stayed in a lot of hotels, and this one was as close to perfect as it gets. Comfortable bed, heat that works, lots of space, practical seating and table surfaces, USB ports out the ying yang, blackout shade that blocked the light, great pillows, great shower! We did not have the breakfast so I can't comment on that, but we did watch TV, which was also great. Oh, and the wifi was strong and reliable. Convenient and comfortable!

The room was horrible -the curtains were broken and would not move up or down. The faucet and the toilet paper holder in the room were broken as well -lousy experience!
