新開的酒店，總的來説很不錯！第一天晚上到，服務員很熱情，房間很新但沒有太大味道。
但第二天退房就有一些小建議了：1.過道看到換下來的床單都扔在地上，如果有車應該感覺更衞生。2.房費不低，但礦泉水衹配備兩瓶，多要一瓶需要收費。3.退房不能趕時間，因為還需要等查完房，發放的房卡數量也要確認全部收回。4.新酒店員工操作不熟練其實都理解，當著客人面訓斥新員工會讓客人感覺不太好。

環境：臨近主路，周邊有吃飯地方，比較熱鬧，到烏海碼頭不算遠

應該是新裝修的酒店，環境還可以，很多設施感覺都沒跟上暫時，衞生間洗浴用品沒放。跟前台説了以後第二天補上了。還有衞生間返臭，我們三家人三間房都有這個問題。
