房間挺好，也比較齊全，每次來武漢，這裏住的比較多，靠着九峯山森林公園，環境很好，很舒服，很好的地方。

床單被套都是破的，前台和保安（管停車的）態度很差，標間每張床上衹有一個枕頭，讓他們加一個説不行，我們帶着孩子三個人住，你讓我們怎麼睡？沒辦法，去前台説好話才借了一個，保安一大早穿着睡衣在走廊裏晃悠，一起上電梯我們手上拿滿東西，也不幫忙問一下住幾樓，按下電梯，陰着臉跩得很！和連鎖酒店態度相差很遠

由於我是臨時才住在附近，這是一間沒有窗户的房間，進門就被黴味薰着了，我沒有辦法短期解決這個問題，衹能將就着睡一晚了。預算夠還是選個帶窗户的吧，一份錢一份貨。

房間隔音效果很差，大早上被外面吵醒，客服回消息很慢，打電話給前台也不接，周遭環境也一般灰塵很多。

給我的是挨着馬路的一間房，簡直不要太吵，嚴重影響睡眠。還有就是要吃飯的話衹能點外賣了，一公里內沒有便餐吃。
