五一期間到無錫旅遊，正好有促銷888套餐兑換，就體驗了無錫新開的洲際旗下英迪格酒店，在已經把濱湖區許多四五星酒店都體驗的基礎上，換了這家性價比很好，顏色和設計感很好，落地大玻璃窗户很好很安靜，紫色搭配楓木色是我喜歡的風格，走廊燈光和智能燈控系統方便舒服，床品非常舒服；服務上有幾點很加分，提前一天賓客經理電話問候入住偏好和房間預留，這是頂奢酒店待遇；夜裡想洗澡花灑沒搞清楚出水按鈕，將近凌晨12點JAMES經理還專門上門調試；早餐服務有五星級酒店範的問候，環境和顏色也較為豐富；體驗了健身房基礎運動還不錯，贈送的洲際大堂雞尾酒馬馬虎虎及格。月滿則虧，吐槽一下床頭燈不知道為啥這樣碩大造型，高度和直徑讓我低頭充電時撞了三四次額頭；還有餐廳的盤碟碗造型和顏色肯定是特意弄得，但還是有點欣賞不來，不如純白瓷加LOGO好看高檔。總體還是好的。

這次入住英迪格酒店整個過程還是很滿意的，入住的時候前台cici就很熱情，我提出會員號的疑問，她有積極幫我解答，後來也幫我解決了問題。然後房間環境也很不錯，就是夏天了開始有蚊子了，我不清楚所以沒有要電蚊液，房間可以每個房間配一個就更好了。周邊出行也很方便，酒店也有免費的地下停車場，還可以免費充電，真的各方面都很不錯。英迪格酒店也很有自己的風格特色，如果有機會再來的話，我還會選擇這家酒店的，推薦的

第一次入住英迪格品牌 各方面都挺好的，設備很新，Katherine提前安排了風景絕美的房間 入住期間一直關心入住體驗 遺憾的是這個朝向看不到日出🌅
史上最堵的五一小長假 堪稱服務區一日遊 得虧酒店還不錯 休息了一晚 元氣滿滿
酒店周邊景點還蠻多的 但都很堵 懶得去
恰逢對面公園邊的球場在比賽 還蠻有氛圍感的
太湖邊上生態很好 非常宜居🌲

無錫新開的英迪格
住過陽澄湖英迪格後，很喜歡它的小眾還有裝修風格～
這家英迪格開在了博覽中心和會議中心區域～
他家的房卡是一個系列哦，可以入住的時候問前台拿哦～
值班經理James服務很不錯，優先安排房間並延遲退房👍下次還會考慮入住

聽説無錫造了個新的英迪格就來體驗一下，帶着媽媽一起來過生日，環境很不錯，就在濕地公園旁邊空氣非常得好。
設施：設施是非常新的，有窗味道還好，有一個空氣凈化器一直在工作，在網上看到有人説找不到茶包和咖啡包他比較隱祕，是在一個衣櫥裏面需要自己打開的。冰箱飲料也是包含的，這點非常好，很人性化。
衞生：衞生還是不錯的，外面大廳，然後走到地毯室內的都是相對比較乾淨的。
服務：前台辦理入住的小姐姐Katherine工作能力是很強的，服務也非常的到位，還帶了一個新人，旁邊的新人小哥哥服務還有待提高。
退房時為我們服務的James you經理辦理也非常迅速，態度非常好，服務真的是槓槓的，下次還要來。
另外這個酒店是在新城，不是在老城區，所以對駕車的小夥伴是比較友好的，樓下都可以免費停車，總體是不錯的。
再説一下早飯，早餐適合對面的洲際一起的，洲際的服務經理服務主動熱情，帶還沒睡醒的我們去坐電梯。早餐的選擇還是挺多的，值得推薦的是他們的麪包甜點，和牛肉麪👍

訂了兩間，提前説了有小孩和孕婦，還是給安排了4樓吸煙樓層，再三確認之後才給我們一間房安排到5樓，結果入住之後才發現4樓的房間裏面還有一扇暗門，這些也不提前和我們説好的，這次出來玩都是女生，多讓人害怕，真的體驗感極差
