房間燈很多是壞的，導致房間很暗。浴室燈剛開的時候不停的閃爍。馬桶按鈕也壞了，很難按。還有花灑也壞了，漏水😡，本來電熱水器容量就不大，結果熱水一漏根本洗不了多久。講道理這些都是查房很容易發現的問題，也很好改，希望房東好好維護下。
出行倒是方便的，樓下就是地鐵站。

總體來説還算乾淨，但是抽水馬桶有點壞了，隔音效果不佳。衹有付費停車位。優點是熱水來的很快，入住便捷，地理位置優越，周邊買吃的很方便。如果僅衹是睡一晚過個夜還可以的。
