Excellent location and room . Only let down by an average breakfast . Would stay here again if in this area

Very card customer, if you drink more water, they give you more bottle of water, so nice!

This hotel is located near the factory I was visiting. Across the road are a couple of convenience stores, with Wanda plaza being a few blocks away and we didn't manage to visit. We did walk a block away to a local grocery store where we picked up some local treats and even stumbled across a good korean BBQ restaurant. The hotel itself - pros: I liked the room I was assigned, it was very clean, had a bowl of fruit, 2 bottles of water, teas and coffee, desk to work on, spacious bathroom and it didn't smell of smoke. Breakfast had lots of variety and was good/decent quality. We were entertained upstairs in a private function room with a 15 course dinner, which was excellent - service, quality of food and display of the food. I didn't use any of the other facilities so cannot comment. Cons: The mattress is VERY firm. They allow smoking in the hotel, so the lobby wasn't pleasant if people decided to have a smoke. Thankfully my room did not smell of cigarettes, although there was an ashtray and matches.

old style hotel and bedrooms, actually design to be a resort so guests are mostly groups of retired people with kids. Breakfast looks like canteen, certainly not quiet

Nice hotel with spacious and clean rooms, well equipped, helpful and very friendly staff, nice environment with garden. Good choice for stay in Wuxi.

The room was large and comfortable. The hotel is not really for the foreign traveler as very little English is spoken, however, I will stay there again the next time I’m in Wuxi.

It's so worry-free to stay in this hotel! The gym, laundry room, and conference room are all fully equipped. I am especially grateful to the front desk lady for helping with late check-out, luggage storage, and carefully preparing local travel guides. The room is antique, the bedding is soft, and the experience of seeing green when you open the window is great👍

This stay was so comfortable. The hotel is like a quiet garden secret place in the bustling city, with pavilions, waterside pavilions and green plants. Walking in it makes you relax physically and mentally. There is a large shopping district next door, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. From booking to check-out, the hotel was considerate, took the initiative to help plan the itinerary, and gave a departure gift. Next time I come to Wuxi, this is still my first choice!

I came to Wuxi with my family to enjoy the cherry blossoms and chose this hotel. It is relatively far to drive to the scenic spots, but the hotel is close to Huishan Ancient Town. I went to the ancient town to play at night and it felt good. As for the hotel room facilities, I felt okay. As soon as I entered the hotel, the concierge guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic and helped us with our luggage. The check-in guy was also very enthusiastic. He took the initiative to upgrade our room type and also told us the breakfast time. I personally feel that the hotel's sheets and quilts are quite clean. The auntie will greet us warmly when she sees us, not cold. The breakfast is also very good, with a lot of choices and it's delicious. I feel that this stay is quite satisfactory

Hygiene: There are black stains on the pillowcases, wrinkles on the sheets, the carpet has not been changed for a long time and looks old, the bathtub in the bathroom also looks old, but not dirty, showing that it is an old hotel that has been open for a long time. All are within the acceptable range. The front desk service is satisfactory, and they actively upgraded the room, and gave water and fruit before leaving. The hotel room has everything you want, and men can stay alone. You can also change the pillow for free.
