酒店離南長街比較近，步行20分鐘左右。有停車位。提前致電前台要求保留安靜點的房間，服務員可能忙忘了，到店後立馬免費升級了房型，贈送了小禮品，誠意滿滿。離店時免費贈水，關心體貼。

在小雨中到達酒店，前台幾個小姑娘十分熱情，先給做了兩杯咖啡，選了自己心儀的房型，她們還給送了早餐，房間乾淨沒有味道，真心感謝🙏

第二天續住，服務依然不錯，前台服務人員和經理都很好，提供了很多吃玩項目都不踩雷，值得贊一個，附近沒有飯館，可以叫外賣，或者去800米距離的南長街去吃，有很多好吃的。

房間設施整潔乾淨，衞生間乾淨無異味，洗漱用品齊全，早餐簡餐品種雖不繁多但也足夠挑選，品質也很好，還有小餛飩和麪條可選。服務態度是非常好的，工作人員熱情周到。唯一遺憾的是特別提出要安靜的房間，結果一大早窗外不知哪台空調啟動聲音具吵且持續輸出。

很意外的一家酒店 服務非常細緻到位 返程途中氣温驟降 從進了酒店就開始感到温暖 各種小細節做得非常好 詳細告知早餐時間並説明假期時間人可能會多 可以打飯回房間吃 前台也是一直把瓶裝水加熱給客人飲用 每個工作人員都很細心耐心 出門就能看見河 在河邊走走路很舒服 再來無錫還會選這裏
