The hotel just near by the train station , they upgraded the room for us for free , the staff s super friendly and helpful….. , highly recommend this hotel , 5 star service 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Perfect stay here
Welcoming at the front desk was
* Fast
* Very warm
The room is super nice and clean, with fully equipped switch on each side of the bed.
The mattress was of high quality
Overall design is great
I went for a coffee in the morning and even if I didn't have time to have breakfast, i had a look at it, it looked very nice and they had real coffee!
For surey next trip to Xi'An I'll choose this hotel again.
On top of this, you have a 24/7 convenient store downstairs, a burger king and a mall if you need anything

給朋友幫忙預訂的房間 到西安遊玩兩天 管家提前就打電話詢問我朋友到店時間，酒店有接送機 站服務 問需要不。我接朋友到酒店。 到店後還給朋友升級了房間，兩間房安排到一起很周到。房間乾淨 整潔 洗漱用品也是應有盡有。員工幫忙拿行李 介紹房間 隨後管家小何還給房間送來精美水果和孩子的洗漱用品，拖鞋 。點外賣有機器人送到房間。孩子們也是很喜歡。不得不説服務很周到。倍有面 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 離店前一天又詢問我後還特意幫朋友安排的酒店的免費送站服務。朋友很滿意此次入住，值得推薦👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

轉眼2年了，又回到這個酒店，感受到了很多親切，之前認識的幾位酒店服務人員都沒看到，可能都離開這個酒店了。但是還有一位前台的經理很熟悉，如今可能要成為媽媽了。這次回到致美酒店想起了很多回憶。酒店沒變，時間和人都發生了改變。酒店的一些服務和體現比以前豐富多了。挺不錯的。感謝這個酒店給我的回憶。由於工作關係，可能之後會經常來這個酒店。前台的服務員楊冬梅看得出來很努力的在為我提供服務。酒店有接送機，很方便的。

鉑菲朗·致美酒店非常好，前台小徐熱情周到點贊👍。本次春節出遊這家酒店住了兩天很好，是這次來西安感覺最好的一個環節，其他所有遊玩環節體驗感極差，可能確實因為春節出遊人太多，真的是多到爆，感覺這是一個不會復遊的城市！酒店是真心很不錯，地理位置優越，可以通過地鐵去到各個景區，還有送站服務，特別貼心！
