優點在此不做過多評價，針對缺點做出闡述：首先，電源插座接線嚴重不規範，有嚴重的安全隱患；其次，房間門鎖失靈，經檢查無法維修，且部分房間門鎖關閉困難，無法在室內反鎖，夜間休息對安全有威脅；房間內用品，鞋子陳舊且有類似煙頭燙傷痕跡，飲水機用水味道不正常；牆壁壁紙滲水開裂。

垃圾中的垃圾，廁所的味滿屋子都是，蟑螂在床上爬來爬去，廁所也都是蟑螂的蹤跡，空調不能用不説，屋裡還冷的要死，太上當了，呆了有一個小時果斷退房走了
