The apartment is huge, super bright, cozy, with a convenient kitchen provided with unexpected basic tools for eating. Hot water that is hot soon. The location is perfect: not only restaurants but also many stores selling fresh produce, meat, fish, all types of food and necessities. It’s also close to some important attractions like the Tang Dynasty Revival palace. The staff are always available for all needs and advice.

The geographical conditions are superior, just opposite Xi'an Wangfujing Department Store, 200 meters from Yongning Gate and 500 meters from the Bell Tower. It is very convenient to go to Huimin Street and Sajin Bridge to eat snacks. The facilities inside the house need to be updated.

Highly recommended! The subway is at the door, Xi'an SKP, Wangfujing, Xi'an City Wall, Bell Tower, and Academy Street are all nearby, very close to each other on foot! You can also do laundry!

The location is good, close to the subway and the city center. Other than that...the room facilities are not perfect. When I came back on the first night of my stay, I saw that the tiles in the room had fallen all over the floor. Fortunately, no one was in the room😅. It snowed in Xi'an the next day and was very cold. I even caught a cold. The air conditioner was turned on at 35 degrees Celsius and it didn't produce much warm air, so I kept the air conditioner on. As a result, there was a power outage the next morning. I asked the landlord if the card was out of power, so I checked in. Shouldn't the electricity in the front room be checked in advance to see if it is sufficient? There was no cover for the toilet floor drain, and the water pipe smelled so bad that I couldn't sleep at night, so I plugged it with a plastic bag to stop the smell. After staying for six days, I only had the toiletries and tissues that I put on the first day. I bought the rest by myself, and there was no room cleaning service. This trip was the most unsatisfactory of all the apartments and B&Bs I stayed in.

in French: turned away from another hotel for the 3rd time (booked by agod...) because they did not accept 'foreigners', trip.com saved me again by offering me a hotel accepting me, better placed and 2x cheaper, it was indeed a large apartment like new, with fridge and washing machine.
I would have stayed there longer if I could!
I advise you to enter the number by calling yourself on Wechat for instructions on how to enter the apartment.
