The hotel is located on a main street, in walking distance from a shopping mall and line 2 metro station. Breakfast in the morning has a decent selection of fruit, breads and vegetables. Rooms are cleaned daily. The shower room is spacious. Wonderful place to spend the night.

房間一般，不值這個價格，衞生間很小，枕頭那個質量就無語，裏面到底裝的啥呀，薄的跟個紙一樣，很差勁，不會再住

位置還行，離西安北站不到半小時車程，服務也差強人意。但設施有點老化，房間門不怎麼牢靠，床頭燈也一盞不亮，衞生間的捲紙隔夜也沒有更換，本來就給的是小半筒，還不及時替換。隔音不好，能聽到馬路車流聲。

房間很大，而且有兩張1.8米的大床，但是衞生一般地毯上還有別的客人留下的頭髮，早餐很一般沒有多少選擇。

服務：酒店服務極差，兩個人消費近600元幷包含早餐，結果早上帶錯早餐卷不允許吃，趕時間坐高鐵，服務員要求衹能回去拿卷否則不允許，直接被拒絕吃早餐。奉勸消費者千萬要擦亮眼睛不要去，服務和態度都極其惡劣，他們不會為顧客服務，簡單問下前台就行的事，卻被無情的拒絕了，永不再踏。
