會把客人倒賣給樓上其他酒店。設施陳舊，空調不力，床跟硬板一樣，衞生差。應該是萬科棉花糖十幾家酒店最差的。

設施簡單，衞生一般，但是離陝西師範大學和萬科很近，確實衞生一般，床單被套是商家自己洗的，不是批給布草公司統一清洗的那種，牆壁有點忘。但是周圍吃飯非常方便下樓有非常多的原則還有夜市，樓下的黃燜雞米飯挺好吃的。服務員很熱情。

服務好，但是躁音太大，半夜兩三點多次被吵醒，還知道上面樓層在搞什麼，根本無法安心入睡
