Houses booked in advance will be automatically canceled the day before check-in. I made a new reservation, and after checking in, the shower gel was gone when I took a shower. Don’t guests check the daily necessities of the house they booked in advance? The sink didn't even have disposable face towels. The order page says razors, but there are none on the sink. The soundproofing of the house is also poor, and the sound from the corridor can be heard. The sound of the subway wakes people up early in the morning. A very poor stay experience.
