設施：非常完善
衞生：衞生很好非常乾淨
環境：環境沒的説應該是西安環境最好的酒店了吧，綠化周邊環境非常好，很安靜周邊還有園林公園等，能在這裏開中亞峯會能差的了嗎
服務：服務很好，工作人員服務態度非常好，出行還有酒店擺渡車接送，可以送地鐵站和西安千古情兩個地方，擺渡車小哥人很好加了微信，每次地鐵回來快到了回他説他就回來接

本來過年很開心，但是，這個酒店真的差勁到家了，晚七點回房間門鎖打不開了，再三給服務枱打電話催促被告知門鎖沒電了要稍等維修，這一等就沒音信了！一直打電話一直在問，他們都沒有態度！我還帶着孩子，一直等到晚上十點！！前台經理才給了一張其他房間的卡，不管是服務還是硬件設施都是垃圾中的垃圾，根本不值五星酒店的價格，前台人員女服務員沒有笑臉，全程拉拉個臉蛋子，我真是花錢找罪受！想去的慎重！！

這是我第一次給差評！
1. 我住的房間味道裝修非常大，在裏面呆了10分鐘感到頭暈的程度，房間號是2163。後面聯繫酒店換一間，還的那間好一點，可以接受，但還是可以感受得到一點點裝修味道。我認為2020年開業的酒店到今天不可能有這麼大的味道，如果有新裝修房間，希望酒店測試一下，或者自己住進去感受一下，再售賣這些房間。
2.我和朋友一起定了2間房，一間房買了2份早餐，另一間房沒買早餐。但是今天去吃早餐的時候被攔下了，説因為買早餐的那間房衹有一個入住人所以衹能有一份早餐，餐廳的那個短髮工作人員甚至用不耐煩的語氣説他們有對賬，讓我上樓找前台，我無語了。那個時候正好急着趕動車，所以我們一份早餐都沒吃。你們有你們的規定，但是至少我認為早餐的事情需要在辦理入住的時候就跟我們説明，我和朋友一起定的房，一起辦理的入住，什麼都沒説明讓我們想去吃早餐的時候才知道情況，不是一個五星級酒店該有的服務吧？

昨天白天温度是28度，晚上稍微涼一些，但是室內温度遲遲降不下來而且特別悶，空調形同虛設，寶寶光膀子仍然一身汗，22：00打電話客服諮詢，客服説空調衹開了換氣需要工程部解決，大概半個小時。
然而整個晚上衹涼了一下下，要風速調到特別大特別吵才涼一點，寶寶整夜滿頭大汗，不停醒，大人跟着也睡不好，唉

出行必須五星，喜歡宅酒店，因為疫情不敢住鬧區，這次選擇簡直不要太完美，酒店前台服務超級完美，免費升級湖景房，歡迎水果，豐富的自主早餐，孩子喜歡的游泳池，爸爸喜歡的健身房，最最重要的是酒店的後花園太大了一天逛不完，還有動物園哈哈，因為就在世博園裡邊，太美太棒，因為地理位置，新建酒店，選擇入住的相對較少，但是服務卻是毫不遜色，非常值得共享！

最近西安酷暑難耐，就帶孩子在周邊找酒店住，搜到西安國際會議中心，發現它在世園會裡麪，於是諮詢了前台，蔣經理周到的服務和耐心的講解讓我感到西安服務水平的提升。果斷下單驅車入住，伴隨着夜晚的小雨，漫步在酒店後面開滿荷花的湖泊，讓我這個對五星酒店比較挑剔的西安人，不由地為大西安點贊。這個酒店的確值得攜家帶口作為放鬆身心的好去處。

過了好久還記憶猶新，我們晚上九點到了前台，入住，問前台説餐廳10點結束營業，我們洗漱一下大概9：40到餐廳，餐廳迎賓直接説打烊了，我説前台説十點結束呀，她直接反問我前台誰告訴我的。這酒店也許是新開的，周圍出租車也沒有，周圍也沒有餐廳，河對面的餐廳都11點打烊，五星級酒店居然十點前就沒吃的了，除了這個中餐廳也沒有其它餐廳，當晚衹好吃泡麪了。開了一整天車本想在大唐都好好補充一下能量，就被這家酒店泡湯了。半夜三點居然對面的房客跑來打門，請我幫他們通知一下服務員給他們開門，這也是醉了，太豪橫了呀，從來沒遇到。過這裏的保潔人員倒是很不錯彬彬有禮，一星就給他們了
