房間不大，在居民區裏的一個複式改造的，所以不隔音，比價西安當時的房價也算合理了吧，離地鐵口兩站地，交通比較方便。

房間乾淨整潔，而且特別安靜，我睡覺輕但是每天都睡得很好！最重要的是老闆人超好！周圍出行和吃飯也特別方便。旁邊就是大學，全是好吃的小飯店，出門就有公交車，距離地鐵也很近。

工作人員很用心，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，安靜程度較好，值得推薦。空調稍微有點不給力，開24度還是會感到熱，個人感覺最好再低一兩度。
