Service is good despite checking in at late hour. There’s some construction around but it’s still ok. There’s a train station within 1 min walk from hotel.
Hotel entrance is a 1 min walk from the main road. And there’s a 24 hour convenient store next to the hotel.

Great service at both the reception and breakfast station. Heavy duty washing machine and dryers for clothes available. Train station is 3min away. Bed is comfy, good quality toiletries available. Do note when going to the hotel for the first time, there is no porch area, main door is a min walk from the carpark/main road

The front desk service is very good. There is hot tea at the door and mineral water every time you go out. When it is busy, they can also help with laundry. They are also very helpful. If the hotel is not too far from the main tourist attractions because it is safe and has complete facilities, clean, and an automatic bathroom. The rooms at Xi'an are spacious.
