Although the building looks a little dilapidated from the outside, the location is great, the rooms are well equipped and clean and the owner very friendly!

房間很好，非常暖和，有暖氣，叔叔還給我們升級了房間，叔叔和阿姨非常友好，房間非常乾淨，也很安靜，下次還會再定

設施：房間乾淨整潔，雖然是居民樓但是晚上睡覺也安靜。
衞生：阿姨每天打掃衞生也很及時，乾淨整潔。
環境：周邊環境不錯，對面就是商場，樓下就是吃飯的地方。
服務：店家老闆服務態度很好，值得推薦。

Difícil localizar en un edificio de 32 plantas donde los residentes no han cuidado las zonas comunes,suciedad en los accesos.
La habitación limpia sin toallas,pero muy correcta y más por el precio.
El dueño muy amable,volvería porque además la zona de noche es muy viva,llena de servicios y a la salida de boca de metro.
