交通方便，停車也方便，門口就是主幹道長鳴路和三環，出行便利。挨着西安植物園，隔路相望，大人小孩都適合來科普逛一逛。南邊挨着雁鳴湖，東南是中國唐苑大公園，目前免費，400多畝很大，各式園林和植物很漂亮。西南角還有巨大的杜陵遺址公園，西安市內最漂亮的綠地了，週末和節假日，很多家庭親子在裏面搭帳篷露營，幾千畝大，太大了，適合人多了去玩，目前也免費呢。小區很漂亮，歐式園林水景，房子裝修也很漂亮，新房子，很乾凈，孩子很喜歡。開心開心，以後再來。

房子和小區是全新的，24小時入住都很方便，安保也很到位，傢俱家電也都是全新，熱水也很好用，房子也相當乾淨。問了房東，原來房子是沒有用過，直接精裝修用來做民宿了，也真捨得。
房子很乾凈，全部是石材路面，綠化很棒，空氣清新，西邊是西安植物園，東邊是雁鳴湖水系，要山有山，要水有水。忘了説了，房子是實拍的，和照片是完全一致的。房子的視線也很開闊。
停車很方便的，交通便利。房間的隔音也很好，可以很好滴休息。房間的私密性也很好，性價比很高，有機會再來。總之是很棒的入住體驗。房東服務很到位，耐心回答問題，訊息秒回，聊得開心，住的舒心，暖心。

小區很漂亮，園林水景都很美，停車也很方便，晚上停車免費，白天一小時2元，停在小區南側馬路邊的台階上白天也不收費了。小區處在景區裏，距離西安東站一公里多，距離月登閣地鐵站900多米，交通便利。西邊挨着植物園，南邊是中國唐苑和大漢上林苑景區，距離曲江遺址公園和大唐不夜城也不遠，開車很方便。房子也很漂亮，以後再來。房東人很不錯，很客氣，給介紹了很多景點，還幫我們搶票，還幫我們推薦餐廳，大讚。

房子很漂亮，標註兩室一廳，房子就在景區裏，位於曲江三期，東邊就是高鐵東站，西邊是大名鼎鼎的西安植物園，挨着雁鳴湖 中國唐苑 杜陵遺址公園等一系列景點，去曲江池 大唐不夜城開車超級便利。房子很乾凈，住的很舒服，小區環境優美。停車很方便，真心不錯。

真的是很好的房子，全新的高檔社區，小區環境也很不錯，整個路面全部是石材，水景園林也很棒，空氣清新。隔壁就是西安植物園和杜陵遺址公園，還有最美的中國唐苑。東邊1000米就是國內最大的高鐵站西安東站，不錯。房東訊息都是秒回，贊一個！

這個是我住過的最好的民宿了，嶄新的小區，房子很乾凈，物業維護很棒，和圖片一致。小區西邊挨着西安植物園，隔着一條馬路，西南邊是中國唐苑，真的很美，佔地2000多畝，中國園林集大成者，太美了，我一會放幾張照片，可以整整逛一整天，很多人在裏面休閑，西安本地人很多，有山有水，亭台樓閣水榭假山，真的是很美，還有瀑布，大型的盆景，還有各色水景和美麗的石頭，外面還有高聳的竹林，矗立在道路兩旁，真的是很適合休閑度假的好去處，南邊還有杜陵遺址公園，這次沒時間去了，下次把。房子很漂亮，新的房子，很美，就不用多説了。
