房間裏面衞生堪憂，服務態度不好，辦入住時前台員工説肚子餓了可以點個外賣到前台吃，結果點了外賣到前台公共區域吃，還被前台員工驅趕，説前台區域屬於辦公區域不能吃飯喝酒，前台員工還在前台抽煙，我覺得這是對客人最基礎的尊重都沒有，我坐那吃飯，前台員工在那抽煙，還把她父親喊來驅趕客人，公共區域成了派出所的辦公區域了，無法無天，房間衞生堪憂也就算了，沒想到還有霸王條款，酒店方錯了，也不知道道歉，這是噁心到家了，太垃圾了，關鍵是未成年人入住還刁難未成年人，完全看不下去

房間乾淨衞生，前台服務熱情，房間內有冰箱和洗衣機，且提供洗衣液。附近小超市比較多，樓下就有一個，過兩三個路口有小吃街，吃飯很方便。

房間偏居家。老闆人很好，清潔阿姨不會每天打掃，要要求才會入房清潔。價格入住算很實惠地點方便，高崎機場到出租車到酒店只要17元。唯一缺點就是下雨潮濕電梯常有異味和帶寵物入住的沒洗澡狗臭味，這點可以改進。
