交通方便，如果是帶娃去海邊玩沙子或是趕海，這裏真的超級方便。
做飯方便，有現成的廚具可用，頭天在**優選買菜第二天一早就能在小區門口的店裡收到，避免外出旅遊吃外賣不健康的問題。
家的感覺，房東很熱情，有求必應。我兒子説想住在那裡
