🙋[對於房東，我想説]老闆不錯 有求必應
進屋時發現床鋪有（很多）頭髮，阿姨説是洗衣機的問題沒辦法，給換了一床還是有點臟，我是現買了一次性的四件套，介意的可以自帶一套。
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]我是為了來廈門旅行衞生中心做體檢的，離的近很方便。感覺周邊倒是沒什麼吃的，基本都靠點外賣。
這個價格很實惠，性價比超高👍推薦
就是提幾個意見：1、樓梯沒有扶手還是挺危險的，建議安一個。2、二層太熱了，這個小空調的風半天吹不到上面，我從進門就開的16度，住了兩天，樓上都不算涼快，但是坐下樓下沙發上又凍得慌。建議老闆在上面安一個空調吧，不然更費電。

衞生不夠到位，電視下面的櫃子拉開有外賣袋子，電視櫃底下有紙屑，冰箱有剩餘的奶茶，也可能因為是打掃盲區如果趕時間打掃可能沒注意到還是，窗台桌子是壞的，會歪斜晃動，吃外賣的話得小心放好，其餘還行吧，入住挺方便的
