I thought the accommodation was decent. The room was spacious and if you are interested in a longer term stay, I think it would be quite a good hotel to consider. There are even some restaurants on the ground floor that seemed to be pretty popular, although I never got around to trying them.

The hotel has a good location as it is only 10-15 minutes away on foot and by bicycle to SM shopping center and Walmart and other services and places. There were a few basic amenities, on average the place is more or less clean but the toilet seat had yellow stains on it, the seat was loose on top and overall not as clean but in terms of space it’s not too bad.

The room facilities are old, especially the bathroom, which has a strong fishy smell. There are also hairs on the floor drain. I asked them to clean it, but when I came back, the hairs were still there. After sleeping, my legs were itchy and had red spots. The hygiene is really bad. I have always booked hotels on Ctrip, and this one is the worst.

The stay experience was great! The room was spacious and bright, and the large balcony had a wide view, which was refreshing. The facilities were very considerate: refrigerator, washing machine, kitchen, everything was available, fully meeting the needs of long-term stay.
