環境：挺不錯的，整體很舒服
設施：喜歡浴室裏的音樂系統，洗澡的時候自己就開始播放bgm，音質很贊，要是能放自己的歌單就更好了
服務：挺好的，大半夜叫了客房服務很快就來了，喜歡能機器人送外賣的服務

一家三口從上海過來旅遊的，整體入住挺好的，大半夜前台考慮到我們人多就定了一間比較小的房間，還幫我們升級了房型 身份證沒帶酒店，也有辦理臨時入住證明的機子，挺方便的而且設施那些也算中肯，早餐要花錢買，但是早餐類別比較豐富，小孩很喜歡吃那裡的薯條，比肯德基還好吃，早餐還有煮麪那些，整體體驗感較好 美中不足的是那個淋浴的一打開就會播放音樂，有點嚇到了，感覺下次可以提前説一下這個音樂，但是後面打電話給前台管家，他也仔細教我們怎麼調好來，服務態度很好，這是我住很多酒店都沒有體驗過的

來這兒看演唱會的，住的是麗楓酒店翔安馬巷店，體驗挺舒服。前台服務生小哥熱情，見我帶了大行李箱，主動過來搭把手，還提醒説去翔安香山打車十幾分鍾就到，很貼心。
客房硬件不算驚艷但夠用，床品軟硬度剛好，睡了一晚沒覺得累；熱水出得快，水温也穩。早上出門時，碰到保潔阿姨在擦走廊，笑着跟我打招呼，親切感拉滿。離馬巷老街步行十分鐘，晚上去吃了海蠣煎，挺方便。整體沒什麼花哨的，但服務和位置都讓人覺得踏實，性價比不錯。

上半年帶同事出差來這，我在這住了10天，我同事住了一個多月。本來上次感覺不錯，這次又要住幾天的，就是前台服務員不行，一進門就要好評，評好評才分配好的房間。原來開的278比現在305的房間還好。太無語了！
