Qibo·Su (Zhongshan Road Bashi)

Staff was incredibly friendly. Room was small and the view was on another building but room was clean and also bedsheets were clean. The room did smell a lot like fish when I arrived as someone was cooking underneath the window. Smell was gone later in the evening.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is very strategic. The interior looks very modern and still feels new. Most importantly, the hotel service, especially the receptionists, is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back next time.

The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. They took the initiative to help us carry our luggage to the room. They delivered our clothes to our door after they were dried, and invited us to have tea before we left. As a foreigner visiting Xiamen for the first time, these gestures made us feel warm and touched. In addition, the room was very clean, fully equipped, and the indoor atmosphere was great. I will come back next time I come to Xiamen.

Pros: The location is great, with easy access to food options. It's also convenient to get a taxi or Didi ride from here. Rooms: The rooms are clean overall, though unfortunately, I did experience bed bug bites in the queen bedroom, which should be treated before hosting future guests. One downside is the lack of a place to hang clothes in the bedrooms. There’s only a single clothes rack in the living room, which feels a bit out of place. Hopefully, some improvements can be made in this area. Each bedroom has a projector screen, which seems unnecessary given there is already a large projector screen in the living room. Suggestions: Consider removing the projectors from the bedrooms and installing some wall hooks or proper hanging space for clothes instead. Cleanliness: As mentioned, I encountered bed bugs in the queen bedroom. Please address this issue for future guests. Staff: We were assisted by a male and a female staff member—unfortunately, we didn’t catch their names—but both were very friendly and helpful. The housekeeper who did our laundry was also very kind and accommodating.

We really have a great time during our stay, all the hotel crews are so polite, helpful and caring. They helped us with our luggages to the second floor where our rooms are and gave us an early check in too They also help us with the food delivery service order since we are from overseas and do not have a local number and even give us their discount promo Their rooms are so nice and tidy, there is nothing i can complain about. We will definitely stay at their place again when we go to xiamen. Thankyou 😄
