LIVINGSENSE Yinxi Shiwai Hotel

My day on Gulangyu Island was fantastic, and overall, I had a great experience. The hotel was wonderful! 😊 I'd definitely choose to stay here again on a future visit. YINXI Restaurant | Fujian-style Courtyard Afternoon Tea: The food was good, and I particularly loved the pumpkin tart! 🥰 The scenery was beautiful, they offered a dedicated luggage transfer service, and breakfast was good too. Overall, highly recommended! 😘😘 (The only minor drawback was some mosquitoes on the first floor, but they thoughtfully provided repellent, which was a nice touch.)

Located on Gulangyu Island, this is a beautiful and peaceful property with a spacious courtyard, tastefully renovated in an island style. The entire place was clean and spacious, and our room was spotless. The service was excellent; staff were friendly and attentive. They even arranged for someone to pick us up from the pier on the island and provided us with a complimentary map and useful tourist information.

Absolutely delighted with my stay! The room was stylishly designed, and the amenities felt thoughtfully curated. The outdoor courtyard was lush with greenery, and both breakfast and afternoon tea were exquisite. The staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful in their arrangements. Overall, it was a truly comfortable experience. Highly recommended and definitely worth a visit!

The staff contacted us for pickup even before we boarded the ferry at Dongdu Pier, and our luggage was thoughtfully transported to the hotel via a small trolley – a truly considerate service. The hotel entrance boasts a magnificent longan tree, absolutely laden with fruit. The spacious lawn in the courtyard is a truly rare find on such a small island. Breakfast and afternoon tea were both light yet exquisitely prepared. My only minor feedback is that the view from the first floor is a bit obstructed by a courtyard wall. For my next visit, I'll definitely book a room on the second floor or higher!
