房子應該是開發商配套裝修，看着有幾年了！櫃門衞生間廚房都老舊了。老闆拿過來做民宿也沒重新處理，簡單直接，倒是省時省力。但入住體驗就差了很多，裏面不知道是租客的東西還是打掃衞生留下的，很是讓人不舒服，舊刷子，舊路由器隨便放着也不處理。廚房水池看着就是油膩的，一點不想碰。水龍頭上的小配件又舊又臟，都這樣了還留着，也不處理的，真是想不明白。洗衣機也是有股怪味，沒敢用。唉！有點失望！不過離地鐵倒是很近，我們把車停車庫，地鐵出行很是方便。其他房間是不是也這樣就不清楚了。

這家民宿真的太棒了！位置便利，周邊生活設施齊全，出行非常方便。房間乾淨整潔，裝修風格温馨有格調，住起來特別舒適。
房東人很好，回覆及時，服務周到，讓人感覺很安心。設施齊全，床品舒適，晚上休息得很好。
特別喜歡窗外的小風景，感覺特別放鬆。性價比也很高，是一次非常滿意的住宿體驗。下次來這邊一定還會選擇這裏，也強烈推薦給朋友們！

房間乾淨整潔，空間非常大，有一個loft閣樓，孩子非常喜歡，很適合帶兩個孩子的家庭住，配備也非常齊全，有一次性浴巾。老闆服務態度很好，有求必應，讓他多拿兩瓶水也可以拿了。地下停車場免費停車非常方便。下次還會再來的。

房間乾淨整潔，空間很大，空調很給力，被子很舒服很軟，還配備了礦泉水、一次性浴巾，這個配置不輸星級酒店了。最主要的是地下停車場免費停車，這個太方便了。

這個價位有這個環境已經很好了，該有的設施都有，還有晾衣架，主要是有免費的停車位太好了，本來中途出去了下，原先車位被停了，我找了客服，客服瞬間給我發了一串停車位，豪橫的説這些車位都是他的隨便停，好有安全感，下次來廈門還住這邊

環境不錯，衞生乾淨，交通便利，生活區購物飲食都很方便。對面就是靈玲馬戲，離地鐵站近，園博園也就兩站地鐵。停車便利，房東自有停車位。很不錯的房東，出行住宿首選。
