Beautiful African themed hotel. However, the elevators take forever to get from one floor to the next, as this hotel is EXTREMELY BUSY. The breakfast available at the buffet isn’t the greatest. All staff were friendly and tried their best to communicate with us. Rooms smell of smoke. Easy access to the Zoo and the Circus. Average hotel.

The hotel is big but old... too crowded breakfast..location is inconvenient. No shopping venue and subways is too far to walk.

We had a wonderful stay, the room is huge and clean, we love the African Safari theme. Our family enjoyed the zoo and the circus a lot!

Food variety was plenty but replenishment is very slow. There are 2 buildings and buffet is in building 2 . So much crowded during 6:30am breakfast. Its like going for war of food. Room is big but room service is slow.

The hotel has a beautiful environment, and staff in the lobby wear doll costumes to perform and interact with children during part of the day. In the past, the zoo circus was very convenient, and the circus performances were exciting and worth watching. Xiaoxi also gave small gifts in the lobby.
