入住太驚喜了！行李生看到我帶長者來，主動推來輪椅並全程引路；前台小姐姐不僅快速辦好入住，還告知了温泉注意事項；大堂經理路過時貼心詢問入住體驗，細節滿滿，服務超貼心！

酒店前台接待的小妹服務很好，就是住兩晚衹給了兩張温泉票 可是住一晚也送兩張呀 覺得不合適 應該每天都送呀 室外泳池很大 孩子喜歡 床是135的帶孩子住沒問題 早餐也不錯 外賣可以機器人送上來 很方便 如果温泉票每天都可以送的話 可以多住幾天的。跑一天，泡温泉很解乏 舒服

開始以為不是新酒店，硬件會差很多，沒想到這酒店從大堂開始，到電梯再到房間，甚至論泳池都完全不輸大部分半新的五星酒店。
大堂禮賓也是幫開門，全程主動幫忙拿行李，早餐工作人員也是換碟十分勤快，這個和我後面住的英迪格拉開一個身段。
至於服務評價到這麼平庸，這主要歸功於總管泳池手環的大姐大，問她問題，僅且就衹回答一句，你問多她兩句就不耐煩，直接就開吼，惹不起。後面我小孩1.21m問她説最後一個小時的温泉能不能直接去逛一下，她鳥都不鳥，也不叫我買票，直接説她衹能給我泳池手環，其他我就自己思索了。好好一天心情就給這老鼠屎影響了，最後氣不過衹能找大堂經理幫忙解決，也感謝他送果盤的心意。
最後，真心想對酒店的其他工作人員表示感謝，真的工作出色。

就在杏林灣酒店隔壁，換一家住，都體驗一下。
靠近海的地方荒蕪，另一邊走500米左右有餐飲。
提供免費接送廈門北站，挺好。
早餐🥣 選擇不少，還可以。
設施：
健身房小，室外游泳池蠻好。
温泉在游泳池邊上，不大，第一次泡看馬路的温泉♨️
衞生：
乾淨
環境：
大堂真是富麗堂皇… 但是是有點土味的那種 有點暴發户感… 這是學澳門裝修嗎？但規模和細節跟這裝修整體還是差點意思
房間還是雅緻
服務：
1. 服務態度好
2. 就是温泉衹能泡一次
3. 另外酒店很多公開運營訊息牌訊息跟實際運營訊息不符… 建議還是打電話問前台具體營業時間為準
