The room was nice and spacious, with a coffee table and small sofa. However, the tea set wasn't provided; tea leaves had to be purchased separately. I'd suggest offering a complimentary tea bag daily for a few nights' stay. The complimentary fruit was also a nice touch. The children had a great time in the hot spring area.

We had the perfect opportunity to relax at Shengzhiquan Hot Spring Resort Hotel over the weekend, and it was fantastic – a 5-star review! We booked our room by phone, and the staff was incredibly helpful. We arrived around noon, and after explaining our situation, Ms. Chen at the front desk said she would arrange our check-in as soon as a room became available. We were exhausted from driving all morning and just wanted to rest. They quickly arranged everything. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free. They upgraded us to a room with a balcony overlooking the hot spring pool, which was very comfortable. The hotel has both Chinese and Western restaurants, so we didn't have to worry about meals. The breakfast was also plentiful. And the hot springs! ♨️ These are my favorite part – there are both indoor and outdoor pools, offering excellent privacy. It was so relaxing to soak and chat with my family. A wonderful place, I'll definitely come back again!

The room was still not cleaned properly, and the front desk was not very accommodating when we asked them to bring water. They were a bit stingy; for a group of seven, they only offered a maximum of six bottles of water.

Stayed in Shengzhixiang's Garden View Diecui Villa. The room is fresh and elegant. The room is large. The villa has a private hot spring bath, which is very comfortable and enjoyable. The villa is surrounded by green mountains and green waters. In the light spring drizzle, you can feel the natural atmosphere of birdsong and flowers. The overall feeling is pleasant. The front desk service is good and the service is warm. The experience is very pleasant.
