酒店在集美學村內，樓下就有小吃街，煙火味足。離地鐵站也很近，對過來旅遊的人十分友好，房間乾淨整潔，入住體驗感非常好。非常推薦

一家性價比還OK的商務快捷酒店，如果你預算有限，對住宿要求不是特別極致，那它算是個“將就”的選擇。但如果追求精緻體驗，可能會有點小失望。

房間表面看起來還算乾淨，床單被套沒有明顯污漬。

前台小姐姐小哥哥態度都挺好的，辦理入住退房很快，屬於有求必應但不會特別熱情的那種。需要什麼東西打電話給前台，送得也還算及時。屬於標準的商務服務，沒有驚喜但也不拉垮。

設施齊全，住了三個晚上，離小吃街很近就是大件行李上去很麻煩沒有無障礙通道，要提樓梯上去才能進酒店大門。前台小姐姐有拜託保安大叔幫忙提行李，後續離店前台小姐姐也有幫忙拿行李下去很感謝。每天都有打掃衞生 ，洗衣房晾衣服在四樓。有智能管家服務，小孩子很好奇。兩個人住還是很舒適的床很軟。

酒店沒有停車位，還要到處找停車位。這對自駕的人來説不友好，停了車後還要拉着行李箱走一段路。房間一般般，設施老舊，上個廁所都要頂着頭。第一天進去就一股煙味，很臭，根本受不了，想換房間也沒有了，朋友住的房間就一點味道都沒有，這味道一直到最後一天才淡了一些，到底是什麼味道也不清楚。白天樓下還在修路，機器突突的，根本沒法睡覺。唯一新一點的東西就是安了智能管家。還有不要被文字所誤導，不是想象中的海景房，能看到的是湖、湖、湖。然後隔着很遠才是海，還衹能看到一點點。早餐就是幾塊錢的東西，自己從前台拿到房間吃。酒店有個服務員態度也挺差的，有點歧視人的感覺，房間裏的智能管家死機了，我家那位打電話問前台，前台服務員居然説是普通話不標準，衹能用最標準的普通話才能讓機器聽懂。結果重啟之後，四川話機器也能聽懂的。還有第一天我們找前台多拿兩瓶礦泉水，服務員很不高興，語氣不好的説這個不是無限量供應的，後來幾天我們都是自己買的了。我們一路住了好幾家酒店，從來沒有哪個説多兩瓶水有什麼問題，你不給多的，可以好好説的呀。要不是訂了三天的，我和朋友就換酒店住了，體驗感真不好。第一天接待的圓臉帶眼鏡的妹妹態度挺好，雖然沒解決問題，但人家態度在那裡。

交通便利，房間寬敞舒適，跟朋友兩個人一起住完全足夠了，而且還有一個陽台，可以賞景晾曬衣服，還有腳毯子，真的很細心，早餐也很好吃
