房子小了點，但住着是可以的，很乾凈也很便利！還是不錯的！

房間衞生是可以的，位置也是可以的，走5分鐘到八市，10來分鐘到中山路，在老城區裏，早餐都是正宗廈門的小吃。但是，房間是在開元路的一個小店面，四層，樓梯很陡，空間裏小。雖説路邊有停車位，基本沒得停，不適合自駕。

住的地方距離景點挺近的，周邊也挺多好吃的。二樓和五樓的床小了點（五樓有廚房，我們沒用）整體便捷，因為是民房，樓梯挺抖的，上下要注意安全
