My Stay: Beyond Expectations, A Truly Comfortable Experience My overall experience during this stay was fantastic! First off, the location is superb. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for visiting both tourist attractions and shopping districts. Absolutely perfect for travelers! Secondly, the attention to detail in their service truly stood out. From the friendly front desk staff guiding me with a smile during check-in to the housekeeping team proactively replacing bottled water daily, every interaction reflected their thoughtful and professional approach. The room itself was another pleasant surprise: the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderfully deep sleep. The smart toilet and voice-controlled lighting were a fantastic bonus, adding a touch of modern tech. What's more, every corner, even the often-missed spots, was immaculately clean – I truly couldn't find a single fault. The breakfast spread, while not spectacular, was definitely ample, offering both Western and Chinese options. I particularly enjoyed the freshly prepared noodles and freshly brewed coffee. Should I return to this city, I would definitely prioritize staying here again! I highly recommend it to anyone who values both convenience and comfort.

I chose the Sheraton, a top-tier hotel, for my trip to Xiamen to watch the Super Table Tennis League, and my stay was absolutely perfect. The facilities, service, and location all far exceeded my expectations! The hotel is located in the city center, within walking distance of the subway station. It's just a 20-minute drive to popular attractions like Gulangyu Ferry Terminal and Zhongshan Road. There's a wide variety of dining and shopping options nearby, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room was spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering city views. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The hotel also boasts a 24-hour gym, a heated swimming pool, and a spa center. From the warm welcome upon arrival to the thoughtful farewell at check-out, every staff member showed professionalism and sincerity. The front desk handled check-in quickly, and room service was incredibly responsive! The complimentary daily replenished drinks in the room, and the staff's initiative to address guests by their last name, made me feel truly at home. Whether for business travel or a relaxing vacation, the Sheraton Xiamen is an excellent choice! I look forward to staying again and experiencing the charm of Xiamen and the attentive service of the Sheraton!

Had a wonderful experience with ZiJin where services they provided are superb and staff are always helpful and serving with a smile. I gotten a free upgrade room from them and was told there's free supper will be served to all their guests daily from 9.30 onward will 11.00pm. Room are clean and nothing to complain from me.

The room is small, the facilities are old, the service is slow, and the exterior is messy... As a ”fan” of Bai Xiang, this is the worst fake Bai Xiang I've ever stayed in 😅😅😅😅!! There is no indoor swimming pool, and the outdoor swimming pool will not open until the afternoon. I had to call three or four times in a row to order a bath towel. The breakfast has few categories and the style is average. The shacha noodles are served with vegetables 😡😡😡😡!! It subverted my perception of Bai Xiang.

The room is quite clean and there are many restaurants around There are also many convenience stores. Very convenient Within 10 minutes walk from the subway station and BRT Breakfast dishes are OK

The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. It's conveniently located near the airport and offers a complimentary shuttle service. A buffet breakfast is provided, and the hotel frequently organizes various activities. It's also not far from the subway station and the beach. While there was no aircraft noise, the cicadas in Xiamen were incredibly loud, chirping non-stop even at night. I was worried that if I wore earplugs, I might miss my wake-up call and consequently my flight. It was quite difficult to find, especially since it's fenced off. Perhaps some directional signs could be installed nearby?

Saw this hotel during a layover at the airport and was instantly charmed by its artistic design! The lighting and artwork in the hallways create a warm yet upscale atmosphere. The room was clean and tidy, and even the bathroom murals were quite stylish. The gym on the first floor is well-equipped with everything from yoga mats to strength training machines. The hotel also offers airport shuttle service, which was very responsive; even when I had to change the pickup time last minute, it wasn't an issue.

When I checked in, I was unexpectedly informed by the front desk that I was upgraded to an executive suite because the room was available, and there was no extra charge. I was very surprised! The room was spacious and bright, the mattress was moderately soft and hard, and the sleep quality was directly improved; it was also equipped with a seasonal fruit plate, and the details were perfect! I will definitely come again next time I go on a business trip.

This hotel stay for my business trip truly exceeded all expectations. I had initially braced myself for the typical unaccommodating service of a large, local state-owned hotel, but Seven at the front desk handled my check-in and check-out with such professionalism that I questioned if I had accidentally booked an international brand. I rushed out for my business trip and completely forgot my charger, but the housekeeping team was incredibly thoughtful and lent me one for two days. Having not packed enough clothes for my trip, the self-service laundry room proved to be a lifesaver – it was impeccably clean and well-equipped, meeting all my needs. The room was spotless, the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the hotel's location offers easy access to anywhere on Xiamen Island. The only minor downside is the scarcity of dining options directly around the hotel. I chose to have dinner at the hotel's buffet; while the food wasn't particularly gourmet, for a Xiamen hotel buffet at just 81 RMB, you really can't complain – it's an absolute steal! All in all, a truly fantastic experience. Highly recommended!
