[The stay exceeded my expectations! The front desk service was warm and efficient, the room was clean and cozy, and the bedding was so comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted great. The location is convenient, with plenty of options for eating, drinking, and shopping nearby. The most pleasant surprises were the details: the complimentary minibar and the thoughtful turndown service with snacks—you could feel the care put into every aspect. Excellent value for money, highly recommended for both business trips and leisure vacations! I've already added it to my favorites and will definitely choose this place again.]

The hotel has complete facilities, is clean and hygienic, and has a washing machine, dryer and parking lot, which is very convenient! The hotel staff have very good service. The front desk is enthusiastic and thoughtful, introducing delicious and fun things, and giving toiletries and lollipops to the children. When entering, there is a handsome guy who helps carry the luggage to the room. When leaving, the screws of the car are loose and the trunk cannot be closed. I originally wanted to borrow a screwdriver, but two staff members came directly to help and screwed it on for me. The hotel's breakfast is very rich!

The whole experience of staying in is full, the service is thoughtful and meticulous, the staff is warm and caring, professional and literate. The rooms are clean and tidy, the layout is reasonable, the sound insulation and hygiene are very good, the service response is timely, the friendly treatment, the overall experience is particularly satisfactory, this is the first choice for business trips.

The front desk service was excellent, and the room was quite clean. However, the shower water kept fluctuating between hot and cold.

The Hanting Hotel in Xining offered excellent value for money, and my stay was very pleasant. Environment: It's conveniently located near Xining Railway Station, the airport bus stop (north of the central square), the Xining Museum Complex, and the Qinghai Provincial Museum, with direct public transportation access. It's also adjacent to People's Park, offering a quiet environment. Facilities: Everything you need is provided (the newer Hanting locations have sockets that support Type-C charging, which is a plus); however, the TV projection socket wasn't very functional. Service: The service was excellent.

Hotel is on a convenient location- close to shops, restaurants, both famous moaques, approx 15 min drive from train station. Rooms are small but still ok for 2 people. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing that we really don’t understand is why a room for 2 people includes breakfast only for 1 person and you have to pay extra for the second person.

The hotel is quite good. There are free candy at the front desk of the lobby. There is also breakfast. Parking is cost-effective. Recommend to everyone. The hotel is located in the city center. There is a night market less than 700 meters away. Opposite the hotel is Nanshan Temple. Recommend to everyone.
