位置：房間離小吃富國街很近，距離地鐵也近商業：回龍窩、豐儲街就在附近，燒烤、奶茶、咖啡店、餐廳、 吃選擇多多服務：房東人很好，很負責衞生：房間乾淨衞生也很安全，住得十分舒適。

這家民宿無敵了，地理位置超棒，交通便利到爆炸，地鐵口就在樓下，出行可太方便了，入住體驗很棒 我是一個睡眠很淺的人，住在這家民宿我睡的很舒服和踏實，房間隔音很好很安靜，房間衞生做的很好，非常乾淨，房東也很熱情，親自到樓下迎接我們，也給了我們很多周邊建議，介紹了好多好吃的好玩的，有什麼問題打電話給他，都很快的幫我解決，反之就是非常滿意，無敵到爆炸的民宿

説實話不是特別滿意 是一個人來徐州考試的
這邊的衞生間特別小 不太方便洗頭洗澡
而且因為是老小區 晚上回來黑漆漆的 有點恐怖
而且退房後不能寄存箱子
我個人覺得這個民宿比較適合情侶或一家三口住 如果是女生一個人的話 不太推薦 晚上外面説話等等聲音都能聽得見

在一個小學對面的居民樓 找過去的時候已經黑天了 樓梯沒有燈 不建議女生單獨居住有點嚇人 隔音非常不好 外面有動靜聽的一清二楚 衹有一個房間有空調 空調不太管用 晚上還是很冷 屋裡很清冷沒有陽光照射 凍的晚上睡不着覺 早上對面小學做早操聽的一清二楚 還有抽煙的家人不建議住
因為對面有學校 所以附近幾百米內沒有賣煙的超市

房間衞生很好，裝修的很温馨有家的感覺，房東非常熱情耐心，民宿的位置可能有點難找，但是入住體驗挺可以的，性價比很高
