地理環境十分優越，離風景區也十分近，步行五六分鐘便可到達湖邊，近覽湖中的美景。前台服務，房間衞生也都很好

房間比較大，床也比描述的要大，設施還不錯，衞生基本也沒啥問題。前台和服務員的態度都挺不錯的。酒店離雲龍湖等景點很近。這些都是優點。
下面説下缺點:酒店是徐州的工人療養院，裝修、服務管理都是屬於老國營風格，説啥是啥，沒有變通。
我們是清明放假去徐州玩，定的行政雙床房，朝南，當天徐州最高温度20度，下午房間裏温度達到28度，熱的我一身汗，開了半天空調沒有任何作用，問了前台説這個季節徐州酒店的空調都沒有冷風的，衹能開窗，沒有其他辦法。好吧，大太陽曬着，窗户開不開都一樣。晚上終於涼快點，前提是兩個窗户都開着，但是問題來了，酒店周圍是工地，一直到很晚還有施工的聲音，等施工結束還是有車開進來壓着鐵板的聲音，反正我是到十一點多還被吵的睡不着。第二天早上六點多點我就被施工的聲音又吵醒了，哎……服了。

去辦入住時前台工作羣人員態度好 服務好 真的很棒 再辦退房時 換成一個男前台 一直陰陽怪氣 要不是帶着長者孩子出來玩 不想惹不開心！説麼我也要投訴他 辦退房 他説好了 我説我當時付了200按金 他説他知道 他又不會自己密了 我説 那怎麼退 他説 他會退 又不會啥啥的 一大堆陰陽怪氣 真是 一個老鼠屎壞了一鍋湯

訂錯了的酒店，以為是隔壁那個，都去前台辦理入住了，才發現訂的不是那家，是這家，入口必須導航，就是那個工人療養院的入口，小且在施工，不導航根本不知道從哪進。
進去才發現，照騙啊照騙！就一座樓還有樓前巴掌大的院，然後就沒有然後了，就是一片施工地…號稱有這有那的，其實都是藍圖上的，現實根本沒有建。
進樓瞬間感覺自己穿越到了單位組織集中學習培訓的時間，而且還沒有培訓時的舒適環境。
設施老舊管理陳舊地毯都是灰撲撲的…早餐更別提了…
國qi的那種古板陳舊感。
本來訂的兩晚，攜程上無法直接取消一晚，趕緊詢問前台怎麼退訂一晚，前台説沒問題，聯繫攜程人工客服即可！
於是我發現了驚天大bug，攜程根本沒有人工客服！！！打了無數遍他們的多個官方電話都是機器聲操作，於是，我衹能先退訂，擔心付不了這一晚的房間費怎麼辦…孩子他爹悠悠地説：你急什麼，是你沒辦法聯繫上對方並及時處理，等着吧！
第二天退房也無異常，大約2小時後，接到了自稱攜程客服的電話！！！哈哈哈！！！對方態度很好，但是意思就是發來新連結催着付一晚的住宿款！
這就是真理：當你需要時，你永遠聯繫不到對方！但當對方需要時，輕鬆聯繫你！
不得不再吐槽一下，臨行前，孩子和他爹因停電還被關進電梯了…雖然時間不久，也是嚇一跳，第一次出現這種情況，而且沒一會又停電…
出行在外，還是選商業酒店靠譜些！
