GGuest UserThe hotel is simply amazing. The rooms are beautiful with the smallest details well thought out for your convenience. The lobby, restaurant, and outside area are also beautiful and decorated with taste. The view is magnificent. It's so tranquil at this resort. It's a small hotel so there are not a lot of people, which is why I think the hotel staff is able to pay attention to every single detail. The service is even better. There was one person who spoke English and she was very helpful. We were able to communicate with everyone else through WeChat group. They have both local and Western breakfast options, which are made for you within 5 minutes of ordering, so it's fresh. The midnight snacks are delicious. But the staff goes even further. I thought it was very cute for them to notice little things. For example, first day we left out chili peppers from our lunch, so the next day, they excluded them from the meal without asking or leaving a cleaning cloth next to my reading glasses. The staff really pays attention and makes your stay even better. This is more than a 5 star hotel.

Was escorted to my room and explained everything I needed to know for my stay. Clean and spacious room; comes with a minibar, which was excellent given the hot weather. A bedside mobile charging point would have been nice. Breakfast spread was varied and delicious. Great location, a short walk from the Li River pier and the vibey West Street. Ruyifeng Peak is roughly 16 kilometers away, with taxis/Didi available on the doorstep. Yulong rafting area is closer. Lovely cafes nearby. Amazing views from the rooftop bar.

It's incredibly convenient for getting around, with a taxi stand just a minute or two's walk away, which is great for avoiding long walks with luggage. Despite being on West Street, it was surprisingly quiet – a peaceful retreat. The soundproofing must be excellent, as I didn't hear any street noise and slept wonderfully. The hotel breakfast was good, and the service was top-notch. When I requested cotton pads, they were delivered to my room promptly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

BBeauty makes senseThe hotel is clean and modern. Staff are helpful. But it may not be suitable for travel tour groups and friends' accommodation. Why? One has to wear or change clothes outside the bath area, which has no fully enclosed room. Even the bath area and toilet are just separated by the same sliding door without any lock. In my opinion, it's only suitable for couples, close relatives of the same sex in the same hotel room.

The room was huge, as was the bathroom as well, the bed was super comfortable and the bathtub with the view as the balcony was priceless. The staff is really nice and they speak English so the communication was easy. Breakfast with traditional guilin noodles was also super good, highly recommended

RRQUIAVery friendly employers that speak very well English. They helped us and were very welcoming. The room was not so spacious as we thought although we got an upgrade.
We really don’t like the carpet in the hotel. And there is no elevator. This hotel has also a very well known and popular restaurant downstairs. So you could smell the cooking from early on in your room. Also the extreme noises from the guests and women working there. But in the evening it is very quiet. The smell from the bathroom is not so nice.

GGuest UserThe hotel boasts stylish decor and spotlessly clean rooms. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make our trip comfortable and convenient. A special highlight was the rooftop terrace, offering breathtaking panoramic views of West Street. We were also pleasantly surprised when the bar staff offered us complimentary drinks. Highly recommended!
