老舊的民宿，有停車場服務不錯，被褥也乾淨，衞生間沒乾濕分離，有空調。老闆熱心，離老城幾百米。提供瓶裝水。就是設施有點老了，應該裝修一下了。

酒店入住價格在華陽來説很親民，算是優勢吧，小院子裏能停放好幾輛車，安全沒問題，離老街很近走路幾分鐘就到了環境安靜。老闆人很好樸實善良，需要改進的地方也很多，入住的房間洗澡用的水龍頭壞了水量就很小，乾脆就沒洗澡了。大床房間衹配了一雙洗澡拖鞋和一雙一次性拖鞋，也沒問老闆要就湊合著用。衞生間裏的衞生留有死角要有待提高。可能是賓館時間長了有點舊了的緣故吧。

賓館老闆是個女孩子，人很好，很實在能幹，有問必答，有求必應，並幫我們搬運行李（三樓），熱心指導我們在華陽古鎮遊玩。房間及衞生間設施應有盡有，空調、熱水器、熱水壺、吹風機等，還可以免費停車，比較滿意。

外觀是有點農家樂的感覺。有大廳有麻將。房間還可以，符合心理預期。設施也還可以。衞生也可以。老闆愛種花，樓下有顆紅豆杉，結了很多紅豆。還有一人高的芍葯……
