The front desk service attitude is very poor
Asked nothing,
Standard room with twin beds. A colleague went out to do some work and took away the room card. He wanted to get another room card. There were various excuses, but there was only one room card. There was no extra room card.

I stayed for one day and extended my stay the next day. I didn't ask the guest room to be cleaned in the afternoon. I asked for two bottles of mineral water in the evening. I was told that the rule was two bottles. I repeatedly explained that the room was not cleaned in the afternoon and the mineral water was not replaced. I insisted that it was cleaned but there was no water. Buy your own drink.
This is the first time I have seen a hotel with such excellent front desk service.

這次的酒店入住體驗簡直太棒啦！一進大堂，就被温馨又大氣的裝修風格吸引，辦理入住時，前台小姐姐態度超熱情，還貼心地給我介紹了周邊好玩的地方和好吃的餐廳。房間乾淨整潔，佈置得很温馨，細節之處盡顯品質。床品柔軟舒適，讓我睡了個好覺。浴室乾濕分離，各種洗漱用品也很齊全，用起來感覺很不錯。酒店還提供免費的早餐和洗浴，早餐是簡約式的中餐，符合大眾口味。這兩天下雨，入住酒店還可以去浴室免費泡個澡，體驗感太棒了！下次來玩，我還會選擇這些酒店！

來杭集工廠出差住算是酒店老客户，公司出差可以到他家入住，價格實惠也沒有會員套路什麼的，訂的房間有早餐，也有洗浴券送，累了一天可以去洗浴洗澡搓背按摩，酒店入住很快身份證號碼都不需要，直接拍個照就ok了，辦理入住設備很快速，出差公司大家可以來入住，開票什麼的都不麻煩，商務出行，公務出行都可以來，開票什麼的酒店很人性化，公司報銷很方便。

和朋友來揚州遊玩，在高鐵站附近隨意找了這家酒店，酒店的第一印象是前台的服務，很熱心，房間很寬敞，房間的櫃子旁還有一面鏡子我很滿意，尤其方便我們這些愛美的女性，空調效果也不錯，房間乾淨整潔，住的就很舒服，還有免費的早餐可以吃，性價比超高的一家酒店，下次來還住這裏👍
